The style and format of our Retreat program is relaxed and welcoming. Your therapy sessions will take place outside your bungalow or around the beautiful resort gardens, all private and confidential. It’s our unique approach in dedicating the same amount of time each day to meditation and mindfulness meditation training and yoga that allows time for healing mind and body and helps to make our program so effective. Our host resort, rich in Balinese tradition and beauty, provides a safe and serene environment for this type of intensive healing.

  • 2 hours of 1:1 CBT sessions with the Clinical Psychologist each day;
  • 2 hours of a combination of Mindfulness Meditation technique training/yoga sessions each day.

Our program is hosted at a 5 star resort, providing the ideal for this type of intensive therapy. We are not a hospital or a clinic and there are no doctors or nurses at the retreat. It is an intensive, reflective program and CBT requires "homework", so clients spend time outside of their daily therapies on their own to do reading, journaling, relaxing, and the homework that is required for the CBT therapy process. We hold our retreats at a beautiful eco–friendly village resort in the Cangguarea of Bali. Clients can stay at the resort for an All Inclusive Residential Retreat or join for a Day Therapy Retreat.
