Depression and Anxiety Retreats is an intensive CBT retreat program, proven to reduce levels of depression and anxiety over a short period of time. We use a combination of meditation and mindfulness meditation training techniques, as well as yoga alongside the CBT for their proven ability to calm the mind and promote positive mental health.
